Hibernation Diet…

Was reading my free copy of Lexean and came across this article, “Loose while you snooze” about Hibernation Diet

This diet programme was introduced by Mike and Stuart McInnes, about burning fat when we are sleeping. And the secret behind… Having a tablespoon of honey before we sleep…

Other than the honey, the Diet includes other similar things that I read, ie doing weights are more efficient in burning fats, eat seven small meals a day, more fruits/veges/lean proteins, cut out junk food and so on. You probably want to understand further from the link.

If you are just like me, feels like hitting a resistence and couldnt reduce further, why dont give it a try? Since it is just a simple routine to add-on before sleeping… Even if it doesnt help for you, its no harm as well…

I just started it today, so lets see how it works out in a month later…
